Globin's strutcure is much like living body, and it's people supply nourishment and repel invanders.

Although this planet looks like a red blood cell, the people are more like red blood cells. Globin is alive yet it doesn't have conscience, the only reason for the organic materiall it's made out of is so the people can thrive. Because Globin is organic, the people must maintain it by filtering out their waste by jetising it into space, supplying it with energy, and fighting off "viruses". The people of Globin, called Globs, do have personalitys; they recive visitors and refer to them as "medicine" because they often help them fend off the reoccurring viruses easily. Unlike most organic life forms, Globin needs to have alot of fat on it. More fat means more living space for the globs and food. Globin doesn't have a heart so it won't get diabetes or anything. Although all this talk about abuntant life may make Globin seem inviting, it is a fairly off setting planet, thanks to its disturbing habbit of twitching and its miles and miles of tissue and blood vessels. Globin seems to be a world where science class disction is 24/7 rather than a happy "life everywhere planet"
